Hmm. This has been one hell of a year. It's been absolutley amazing, but truley awful all at once.
So.. list of things I've learnt this year..
*If you need help.. ask for help. Trying to muddle along will only make things worse
*I have at least one friend who will always stand by me no matter how much of a prat I am. It took a while to get back to where we were but I'm so glad we did. I've learnt my lesson..
*If something is broken beyond fixing.. DONT TRY TO FIX IT. Heartbreak after heartbreak hurts twice as much.
*Moving house is annoying.
*If you want to feel part of something, it's up to you to get involved! Dont expect other people to make an effort if you dont make one.
*Transatlantic friendship sucks, cause you cant hang out, but is awesome, cause you can visit!
*I am stronger than I think I am.
*I am also more insecure than I think I am.
*If you dont start your assignments early.. this will come back n bite you on the arse.
*I have a lot more friends than I thought I did, in places I didnt think I'd find them
*Living with people changes your friendship with them. Sometimes.. it ends your friendship with them.
*I'm lucky to have the family I have.
*NewLook is a great place to work, if only for the staff discount.
*Traveling round the counrty having adventures may have an adverse affect on my bank balance, but makes me happy enough for it not to matter.
Yea, that'll do :) I should go do some of those assignments that are currently biting me on the arse..
